Our client, well established engineering-based company, looking for suitable candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and Lead to deliver quality and efficient preventive maintenance services and project implementation to our customers.
  • Maintain support services by meeting the customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) Terms and conditions
    Handling customer complaints or any major incidents such as equipment and or system failure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering or related field.
    Be a team player, bringing can‑do innovation and commitment to the support service and system development.
  • Preferably a manager specializing in managing complex Data Centre project delivery, lifecycle of software development, Data Centre Operation or equivalent
