Summary:

We seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive

efficiency, and ensure excellence in production, supply chain, and quality management. The ideal

candidate will bridge technical production with business objectives, driving efficiency and growth.




Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:




  • Oversee end-to-end production processes from raw materials to finished goods

  • Implement project management methodologies to streamline workflows

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for production efficiency and quality control

    • 2. Project Management:



  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes and reduce costs

  • Coordinate new product launches between R&D, production, and sales teams

  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for operational initiatives

    • 3. Commercial Integration:



  • Collaborate with sales teams to align production with market demands

  • Analyze sales data to forecast production needs and optimize inventory

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements that enhance commercial performance

    • 4. Compliance & Safety:



  • Ensure all operations meet GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards

  • Implement and monitor health & safety protocols across facilities

    • Qualifications and Requirements:



  •  Education: HND/BSc/MSc in Science, Engineering, Business, or Accounting

    • Experience:



  • Minimum 5 years in project management, with experience in operations/sales

  • Background in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or related manufacturing

    • KEY COMPETENCIES



  • Strong project planning and execution capabilities

  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost analysis

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
