Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across stores and the central warehouse. The role involves managing inventory, supply chain logistics, vendor coordination, store compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor store performance and ensure SOP compliance
- Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory flow
- Support and train franchisees and store managers
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
- Track key metrics (sales, stock, delivery timelines) and report to management
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, HR, and finance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years in retail operations (multi-location experience preferred)
- Strong in supply chain, inventory, vendor management
- Proficient in ERP, POS systems, and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
