Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operation Manager role is to provide leadership and management of a multi-function team in the areas of safety, quality, Engineering, and cost performance over Spectra-strip product lines. The Operation Manager is accountable for meetings and improving the business P&L. Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation is necessary for success Partners with Materials, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets. The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of Spectra Strip production line. Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.
