Operation Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness across all operational activities. This role ensures that operational processes, manpower, assets, and service delivery meet company objectives, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.

Operations & Process Management

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of all operational workflows
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met

Manpower & Team Management

• Lead, manage, and supervise operations and administrative staff
