Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Operations Manager (Textiles) oversees day-to-day textile production, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and on-time delivery. This role manages production teams, machinery, and processes while driving cost control, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of textile processes (spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, finishing)
  • Experience with quality control, production planning, and lean manufacturing
  • Proven leadership skills and understanding of workplace safety standards
