About the role
The Senior Operations Director will lead a high-volume semiconductor Assembly and Final Test factory. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of a multi-disciplinary large size organization. This role demands a powerhouse leader who integrates Engineering, Manufacturing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) to deliver world-class operational excellence.


What you will do 

1. Operational Excellence & KPI Management

  • Performance Metrics: Drive and exceed factory KPIs, including Unit Cost, Quality (DPPM/Excursion control), Productivity (UPPH), and Yield.
  • Resource Optimization: Maximize equipment OEE and optimize DL/IDL ratios to ensure lean, cost-competitive operations.
  • Strategic Execution: Define and implement a clear operational roadmap to ensure flawless execution of the factory’s long-term goals.
