Job Purpose

The Operations Specialist plays a critical field-based role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and profitable operation of BP’s retail service station network in Spain.

The role is responsible for handling a defined territory of BP-owned sites, driving operational excellence, improving customer experience and commercial performance, while ensuring full compliance with BP operating, HSSE, and brand standards.

This is a home-based role located in Madrid , requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory.
