Operation specialist

Job Responsibilities and Duties

·       Manage daily warehouse operation, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory movement and dispatch

·       Monitor the arrangement, storage and rotation of warehouse inventory to optimise space and accuracy

·       Facilitate regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate and resolve discrepancies

·       Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System

·       Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational needs and ensure smooth workflow

·       Lead, guide and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets

·       Train warehouse staff on warehouse processes, equipment operation and safety procedures

·       Ensure the safe operation of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material- handling tools
