Requirement

  • Over 2 years of retail/store management experience.
  • Mandarin speaker

Responsibility

  • Weekly store visits: check display, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Track sales performance and inventory.
  • Monitor promotions, gather customer feedback and market info.
  • Guide store managers on operations (staff, complaints, promotions, etc.).
  • Assist in hiring and training new staff.
  • Review and approve monthly staff schedules.
  • Submit weekly store visit reports with improvement suggestions.
  • Oversee new store openings and operations.
  • Support DB new store preparation
