Requirement
- Over 2 years of retail/store management experience.
- Mandarin speaker
Responsibility
- Weekly store visits: check display, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Track sales performance and inventory.
- Monitor promotions, gather customer feedback and market info.
- Guide store managers on operations (staff, complaints, promotions, etc.).
- Assist in hiring and training new staff.
- Review and approve monthly staff schedules.
- Submit weekly store visit reports with improvement suggestions.
- Oversee new store openings and operations.
- Support DB new store preparation
