  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse and office operations.
  • Monitor inventory handling, order processing, and stock rotation (especially for RTE/TC).
  • Implement operational SOPs and ensure staff compliance.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Clerk for smooth deliveries.
