Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are carried out according to schedule.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maintain smooth workflow.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Ensure resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available and properly utilized.
- Supervise, guide, and support team members in their daily duties.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in employee training and skills development.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with company rules.
- Track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational reports.
