Responsibilities
- Job Description: Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations
- Lead and coordinate a team of 10 - 12 cleaners
- Create and maintain deployment schedules
- Ensure daily attendance and arrange replacements when necessary
- Transport cleaners to job sites
- Handle attendance tracking and timesheets
- Manage feedback and complaints from customers professionally
- Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a cleaning operations supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or schedule changes
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with team and clients
