Responsibilities

  • Job Description: Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 10 - 12 cleaners
  • Create and maintain deployment schedules
  • Ensure daily attendance and arrange replacements when necessary
  • Transport cleaners to job sites
  • Handle attendance tracking and timesheets
  • Manage feedback and complaints from customers professionally
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a cleaning operations supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or schedule changes
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with team and clients
