About the role

Jokia Private Limited is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team and oversee the night shift operations at our facility in the Tuas Bay West Region. As the Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations during the night shift, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and team leadership.

What you'll be doing

• able to lead his team and delegate the tasks accordingly
• able to operate both Ops admin and warehouse picking work
• need to know the stock movement so as to post correctly

• primary job to assist take in night orders(customers, retail order as per management request)
• ensure all the orders are confirmed(Zolo)
• print out Picking note as per SOP
