About the Role

As the Operations Support Officer, you will provide specialised administrative support to the Your Home Operations Managers and Client Service Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of services delivered across our Home Care.


This is a full time fixed term contract ending on the 12th of Feb 2027.


Key Responsibilities


· Provide day-to-day administrative support to Operations Managers


· Assist in preparing communications and correspondence for clients, residents, and staff


· Perform data processing and quality assurance tasks in ComCare and other systems


· Maintain documentation including Information Booklets and client files.


· Prepare reports and gather operational data as required


· Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Property
