Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, and

General Office.

• Opening and closing of Gates, Classrooms & Office.

• Perform gate and traffic warden duties during the scheduled Gate

opening hours and some special occasion to ensure the safety and

security of students and smooth traffic flow in the school.

• Supporting school to provide logistic support for special events and

daily activities, ensuring the venue/room is properly set up in

advance.

• Attend to logistics for meetings and events (setting up and clearing

up of venue).

• Responsible for setting and disarming the alarm systems daily.

• Responsible for managing general stores such as monitoring the

movement of store items, identifying items for replacement,
