Job Description
The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team. This role includes conducting training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that operational processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards. The role also includes giving support to the HOD in managing key initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilites:
- Design and develop training programs focused on operational processes, tools, and systems – tailored to each role in the operations department.
