Management of local topics related to admin reporting, people engagement, training.
Support in creating digital dashboards for management and facilitating systems so that relevant information is available including but not limited to HC reporting / Attrition data/ Cost ,etc .
To ensure all incoming and outgoing information is fully coordinated between the different groups .
Support in target deployment and monitoring of OKRs
Continuous trend monitoring of technology and market developments in GCC / Global Business Services.
Maintain master data of assets for the department
Standard Workplace setup for associates to work from office
Prepare and Moderate Leadership meeting and Monthly connects,
Conduct Compliance dialogue session for entire team half yearly
Act as department ambassador to support GS/OR-IN with all the India level activities like town-hall, roadshow, newsletters et...
