**Introduction**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive German-speaking professional to join our Procurement Team. As an Operational Buyer you will be responsible for managing various day-to-day purchasing activities in area of indirect procurement. You will close collaborate with our client as well as with their suppliers to support smooth ordering process of goods & services according to the agreed buying instructions.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Responds to inquiries via ticketing tool, e-mail or chat,
* Cooperates and helps other teams and agents on the Client's side, to include: orders and requests processing, vendor gatekeeping, set-up of new vendors and catalogs, periodic reporting, general admin tasks such as changes on user profile or approval flows for other business units, education of end users
