Operations Support Specialist

Vantage is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities in Dubai, UAE. This role serves as a key link between front-office sales/trading teams and back-office settlement, compliance, and client support.

As an integral part of the team, you will handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat. You will process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments while performing KYC/AML checks and supporting account verification and activation.
