Job Description
The Operational Effectiveness Specialist 2 is responsible for administering and optimizing proposal development technologies across Commercial Business Optimization & Technology (CBOT) and Research & Development Solutions (R&DS). This role manages user access, maintains and updates standard libraries for proposal and RFI content, and supports automation and integration workflows, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficiently delivered proposals, driving operational excellence and supporting business growth.
Essential Functions
- Administer R&DS proposal development platforms, managing user roles, permissions, and system configurations.
- Oversee the lifecycle of proposal and RFI content libraries, including intake, formatting, metadata management, review scheduling, and archival.
- Coordinate annual and periodic content reviews with subject matter experts, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
