Job Description & Responsibilities

The Operational Excellence Analyst will develop and implement the corporate operational excellence strategy with a focus on employee engagement and cultural transformation. The successful candidate will support all activities assigned to the program office at a deployed unit.

Previous industrial experience in operations, quality assurance, or continuous improvement is required. Strong facilitation skills and knowledge of improvement tools and techniques to engage and lead groups of people are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation sessions with cross‑functional teams and track initiative progress and financial impact for the unit
• Analyze data and monitor performance KPIs daily
• Identify and develop operational change activists while establishing strong communication and engagement across the unit
