Role Overview:
 

The Operational Excellence Champion is responsible for identifying, analysing, and enhancing business processes to achieve organisational goals. This role focuses on reducing costs, defects, and rework while improving product and service quality, as well as customer satisfaction. By introducing new methods, sharing best practices, and driving Lean, Six Sigma, and AGILE initiatives under Takeda’s OpEx program, the Champion supports Takeda’s mission of bringing better health to people and a brighter future to the world.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Identify improvement opportunities in Value Streams and Support Functions.
  • Plan and implement process improvements to reduce costs and errors.
  • Deploy Operational Excellence (AGILE) programs across sites and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
