Job Description

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.

+ Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.

+ Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.

+ Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.

+ Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.

+ Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.

+ Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.

+ Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku

+ Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process
