  • Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
  • Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Perform process audits and operational gap analyses.
  • Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross‑functional improvement.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku.
  • Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process.
