Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects. Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance. Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies. Performs process audits and operational gap analyses. Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, to ensure cross-functional improvement.
