Operational Excellence Engineer Sr (Continuous Improvement)

**Purpose Statement**:The Continuous Improvement Leader Sr, reporting to the Site OpEx Manager will support deployment of the roadmap for the Plexus’ Operational Excellence Strategy in their site. Provide leadership and direction to the site cross functional project resources responsible for leading lean six sigma methodology throughout the organization supporting CI Metrics in the site such as: Education, Cultural Enablers and Transformation Cost improvements.
**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Ensure alignment of all Operational Excellence activity with the Strategic goals of the business by supporting continuous improvement initiatives across their home site.
- Deploy the PSOE - Plexus System of Operational Excellence as standard work across home sites. Feedback continuous improvement proposals to the Site C.I. MGR
- Lead and support continuous projects and appropriately prioritize projects against organizational needs.
