Operational Excellence Executive

The Operational Excellence Executive provides structured coordination, analytical support, and assisted execution for Operational Excellence initiatives such as Kaizen projects and NTUC CTC grant-related activities. The role focuses on disciplined documentation, data analysis, and follow-through, while progressively building capability in Operational Excellence practices to support WEO’s transformation agenda.

Job Duties

• A. Strategy & EXCO Support
• Prepare materials for OE-related updates, Kaizen reviews, and management meetings.
• Consolidate input from departments related to Operational Excellence and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain structured documentation and version control for OE and improvement-related files.
• B. Kaizen & Improvement Projects
