Operational Excellence Manager

As the Operational Excellence (OE) Manager , you will play a key role in driving performance improvement, implementing and further developing the new CSL Operating System (COS) at CSL Behring's manufacturing site in Bern . COS, grounded in Lean principles, aims to standardize processes across the site(s), foster a performance-driven culture, and accelerate business performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Lean shop floor management (e.g. develop Process Centric Teams, Visual Management, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Continuous Improvement), facilitating transformational change and leading initiatives that embed COS methodologies into everyday operations.
