• Identify key opportunities for network optimization to improve the scalability, speed, and cost‑efficiency of our logistics infrastructure.
• Design and project‑manage high‑impact network transformation initiatives from ideation and analysis to implementation.
• Analyse complex data to model various network scenarios, evaluating the trade‑offs between delivery speed and operational cost.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to track network performance metrics and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare data‑driven proposals and reports for presentation to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all legs of the logistics flow to ensure the smooth execution of network change projects.
