Honeywell is hiring an Operational Excellence (OPEX) Sr Manager. Under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing Excellence, this person will act as an agent of change for the deployment of Honeywell’s Accelerator Global Design Models (GDM), specifically focused on **Factory Management** as well as process improvement and business transformation, by using Lean practices and principles. In addition, this role is responsible to build foundational capabilities of everyone in all the Transformation Value Streams in Mexico’s region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coaching and developing leaders and staff throughout the value stream, including engineering, materials management, and operations, to ensure transformation priorities are aligned to the top overall business needs and Operational Excellence thinking is utilized in solution approaches
