Job Description
Operational Excellence Specialist is the engine of industry transformation, combining the analytical rigor of data with practical, shop-floor experience. To lead the unit's continuous improvement journey, eliminating waste and optimizing the use of resources (human, technical and financial). The focus is on increasing productivity and competitiveness through the implementation of world-class methodologies and rigorous KPI control.
Responsibilities:
- Capex (Investment) and Opex (Expenses) Assessments in Projects
- Development, Implementation and Modification of Production Lines
- Sourcing of Used Equipment for Retrofitting
- Development of Equipment Suppliers
- Development of Manufacturing Processes
- Quality assurance Management
- Innovation and measuring methods
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in operational excelence
- Six Sigma (Experimentation, Variation Analysis, Capability, Control Charts, Measurement Systems, DOE)
- Quality tools: Statistics process control, measurements methods
- Knowledge in artificial intelligence and Business intelligence tools
- Standardization and Methods: Establish work standards and conduct Time and Methods studies for line balancing and definition and control of actual capacities.
- Manufacturing System: Support the implementation of the pillars of the manufacturing system methodology, ensuring the evolution of plant maturity levels and the achievement of local and corporate goals.
- Shop Floor Control: Implement, control and manage real-time monitoring systems to ensure that planned vs. actual results are achieved.
- Factory Sizing: Conduct layout studies, material flow and sizing of headcount and machines for new projects or expansions.
- Labor Control: Sizing and allocating labor according to production volume, controlling training and team development.
- KPI Governance: Manage critical indicators, leading routine management rituals, deviation analysis, and action plans.

- Production Ramp-Up Strategies
- Manufacturing Process Certification Methods
- Cost Analysis, Verticalization and Outsourcing of Manufacturing Processes
- AQP (Advanced Quality Plan) product and process development methodologies;
- PFD - ProcessFlow Design
- PFMEA - Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis tool
- PCP (Process Control Plan);

- Experience: minimum 8+ years
