Operational Manager / Executive Assistant (operations and executive assistant experience is required)

Job Description

  • Establish and document operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Organize and centralize business documentation, processes, and internal knowledge
  • Support leadership with project coordination, task tracking, and execution follow-through
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations and departments
  • Coordinate with internal team members (sales reps, CSRs, operations staff) to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Help structure communication, meetings, and reporting across teams
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure operational consistency
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
