What are you going to do?

As Operational Manager at Metaal 2000, you are responsible for the daily operations and you lead a group of 45 employees. You translate the company strategy into concrete operational processes and are a valuable sparring partner for the Management Team and board. You have a sharp insight and decisiveness, which you use to shape the future of the company. You have a lot of room to give substance to this function yourself and you act as a connecting pioneer.

Some of the responsibilities that come with this are:

  • Managing multiple teams, coaching employees and ensuring a safe and productive work environment
  • Monitor the progress of operational processes and draw up KPIs on which you report with regard to delivery reliability, safety, quality, turnover and costs
