The role
What will you be doing?
We're looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to join our Operational Risk & Resilience team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Unum's Operational Resilience Framework — ensuring we can effectively prepare for, withstand, and recover from disruption.You'll oversee Business Continuity Planning, support Technology on Disaster Recovery, run scenario and resilience testing, and act as a key member of our Crisis Management arrangements.
