Operational Risk Management Specialist

The OPERATIONAL RISK SPECIALIST provides support in the implementation of the enterprise-wide Operational Risk Management Framework. He/She will assist in the identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting operational risk exposure of business/function units. He/She will investigate root causes of operational incidents and recommend risk mitigation strategy and controls.

What you will do:

• Assist in the implementation of the key elements of an effective operational risk management framework and risk monitoring tools (Risk Incident Reporting, Risk Control Self-Assessment, Loss Data Collection and Analysis and Key Risk Indicators)
• Assist in the identification, measurement, monitoring, and control mitigation of operational risks exposure
• Review/assess operational risks embedded in the company policies and procedures, new products and services
