Operational Risk Manager

The Operational Risk Manager will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of key risk frameworks for the bank, partnering with all business areas to ensure a sound risk management environment. This role involves working across multiple non-financial risk domains to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while enabling sustainable growth.

• Take ownership of the Risk Controlled Self-Assessment (RSCA) programme. Support in spearheading the Bank’s effort on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) by updating the existing templates, restructuring the impact assess-ment matrices and control efficiency ratings. Performing the RCSA across all Bank functions
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks across business units.
