Operational Risk Manager

The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for:

• Supporting the Director, Operational Risk Oversight London in:
• Executing Risk Management London’s core operational risk responsibilities in London.
• Strengthening analysis of London Capital Markets’ operational risk profile.
• Reporting and advising senior management on London’s consolidated risk profile.

Under the “Three Lines of Defence” model, this role is part of the London Risk Management department (Second Line). It reports to the Director, Operational Risk Oversight, London.

As part of the core responsibilities above, the Operational Risk Manager is required to:

• Proactively seek to identify and report emerging risk.
• Produce reporting for senior management committees showing a consolidated operational risk profile.
• Support calibration of metrics used for Risk Committee and Boards.
