Operational Risk Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in strategic planning together with the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and develop/ establish Operational Risk Management Strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of Home Credit Philippines.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices that could impact operational risk management. This includes (but is not limited to) Krungsri/ BAY consolidated policies/ procedures which will have direct/ indirect impact on Operational Risk Management.
• Monitoring and updates in the Operational Risk Appetite of Home Credit Philippines and ensures that breach in set limits are timely escalated to the Board of Directors/ Senior Management so appropriate risk responses are established on a timely manner.
