Role

The role is for an Operational Risk Manager of Asia based in HK, reporting locally into the Head of Asia Risk and functionally into Global Head of Operational Risk. The manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across divisions. This includes managing risks related to algo processes, trading systems, people, and external events. These initiatives involve close collaboration with trading desks, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure robust risk controls and governance.

To succeed in the role, the candidate must serve as a strategic partner to Trading and COO, overseeing the operational, governance, and strategic execution of risk management initiatives across the bank.
