Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Operational Sales to support and lead luxury residential property sales in Bangalore. This role combines front-end sales execution with day-to-day sales operations , ensuring revenue growth, process efficiency, and exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to high-value residential projects (₹6 Cr and above) , experience handling HNI and investor clients , and the ability to manage sales teams while staying actively involved in closures.
