Job Description

We are looking for an Operational Support Assistant to join a social housing organisation in Somerset on a 3 month contract.
The Operational Support Assistant will be responsible for general admin across the business and face to face customer service in the office.


What the Operational Support Assistant will be doing:

  • Administration support to the business 

  • Supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits 

  • Helping customers in the reception 

  • Taking calls and responding to emails 
  • We’re looking for: 

  • Someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems 

  • Experience of face-to-face customer service 

  • An eye for detail 

  • Excellent teamwork
