Position: Operations Support – Claims Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours

Location: Coventry

What you’ll do:

To provide full analytical support Executive Board, Senior Management Team and Network operations as part of the Operations Support function to monitor, analyse and investigate customer claims for loss/damage of goods carried.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Applying analytical skills to compile and analyse data, interpreting and presenting results for weekly/monthly reports. 
  • Through analysis identify trends of issues based on frequent customer claims and frequent site / driver claims
  • Work closely with the RPS team to improve repatriation / onward forwarding of ‘missing’ items – reducing claims
