Position: Operations Support – Claims Analyst

What you’ll do:
To provide full analytical support Executive Board, Senior Management Team and Network operations as part of the Operations Support function to monitor, analyse and investigate customer claims for loss/damage of goods carried.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Applying analytical skills to compile and analyse data, interpreting and presenting results for weekly/monthly reports.
- Through analysis identify trends of issues based on frequent customer claims and frequent site / driver claims
