Mission
Be the vital link between operational teams, project workstreams and leadership during a site-wide IT integration built around SAP S/4HANA. You will coordinate change activities, track adoption, produce clear communications and ensure new processes stick in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:Operational support
• Partner with shop-floor and functional teams to visualise upcoming process changes and system impacts.
• Translate technical requirements into concise SOPs, user guides and quick-reference material.
• Provide hands-on post-implementation support to reinforce adoption and capture lessons learned.

Reporting & coordination
• Build and maintain dashboards that track change-adoption KPIs, training completion and communication reach.
