Roles and Responsibilities
Credit Control (50%)
Work on aged debt on a daily basis;
Chasing of outstanding premium with brokers and leaders as per internal guidelines;
Ensure current status of chasing is properly documented;
Ensure timely involvement/escalation of/to Underwriters;
Issuance of notice of cancellations;
Act as an interface to the Madrid credit control team.
Policy Admin/Booking (40%)
Enter risk and policy data into the Operations systems within defined service level;
Ensure booking instructions are complete and properly filed;
Ensure Taxes are correctly declared / booked and processed internally.
General Admin (10%)
Support Swiss office in various admin tasks
Experience Required
1-5 years of technical accounting, credit control or similar experience;
Insurance background preferred;
Affinity for numbers;
Good Excel skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German;
