Suteki Home is a growing kids furniture brand, and we're looking for a reliable, organised Operations / Admin Executive to support our showroom and daily business operations.
Key Responsibilites
Showroom Operations
- Manage daily showroom operations and opening / closing duties
- Attend to walk-in customers and basic product enquiries
- Coordinate showroom cleanliness, displays and stock readiness
- Support weekend showroom operations
Admin & Logistics
- Handle sales orders, invoicing, and basic documentation
- Coordinate delivery and logistics with warehouse, drivers and customers
- Track orders, delivery schedules and follow-ups
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- General admin support (filing, data entry, reports)
Requirements
- Able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), off days on weekdays
