Suteki Home is a growing kids furniture brand, and we're looking for a reliable, organised Operations / Admin Executive to support our showroom and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilites

Showroom Operations

  • Manage daily showroom operations and opening / closing duties
  • Attend to walk-in customers and basic product enquiries
  • Coordinate showroom cleanliness, displays and stock readiness
  • Support weekend showroom operations

Admin & Logistics

  • Handle sales orders, invoicing, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate delivery and logistics with warehouse, drivers and customers
  • Track orders, delivery schedules and follow-ups
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
  • General admin support (filing, data entry, reports)

Requirements

  • Able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), off days on weekdays
