Job Description
This will be a 1-year contract based in Jurong West.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities and center events.
- Logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Daily tidiness checks on meeting rooms, offices, and pantries.
- Restock supplies and refill vending machines.
- Ensure inventory records are up to date and place orders when needed.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding IT equipment.
- Work with external vendors for procurement, quotations, and delivery
- Handle access card requests, printing, and system updates.
- Reception duties when needed
- Assist visitors to ensure a friendly environment.
- Any other tasks as given by the supervisor.
