Job Description

This will be a 1-year contract based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities and center events.
  • Logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
  • Daily tidiness checks on meeting rooms, offices, and pantries.
  • Restock supplies and refill vending machines.
  • Ensure inventory records are up to date and place orders when needed.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding IT equipment.
  • Work with external vendors for procurement, quotations, and delivery
  • Handle access card requests, printing, and system updates.
  • Reception duties when needed
  • Assist visitors to ensure a friendly environment.
  • Any other tasks as given by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Nitec in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in office administrative or operational or similar role
