Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process Sales Orders received, generate Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices
  • Work with eCommerce Team for verification on charges for online Sales transactions
  • Liaise with Warehouse Team and update Sales Team on stock availablity
  • Monitoring on bulk Sales Orders and update Sales Team on regular basis
  • General admin tasks, update excel sheets and attending to phone calls
  • Liaise with Delivery Team and Customers on logisitics related matters
  • Assist Technicians to search and order spare parts via online platform
  • Any other Ad hoc tasks assigned by Management
