Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process Sales Orders received, generate Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices
- Work with eCommerce Team for verification on charges for online Sales transactions
- Liaise with Warehouse Team and update Sales Team on stock availablity
- Monitoring on bulk Sales Orders and update Sales Team on regular basis
- General admin tasks, update excel sheets and attending to phone calls
- Liaise with Delivery Team and Customers on logisitics related matters
- Assist Technicians to search and order spare parts via online platform
- Any other Ad hoc tasks assigned by Management
