- Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
- Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
- Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices
- Conduct departmental cost analyses and draw meaningful insights
- Create production plans and reports, and management presentation decks
- Understand and resolve basic HR and business-related issues
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.
- Able to work during weekends, 5 days work week, rotational schedule
