Job Description

  • Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
  • Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
  • Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices
  • Conduct departmental cost analyses and draw meaningful insights
  • Create production plans and reports, and management presentation decks
  • Understand and resolve basic HR and business-related issues
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.
  • Able to work during weekends, 5 days work week, rotational schedule
